HOLY SHIT! I'm A Feminist Porn Award WINNER!

Hey everyone,

Looks like I won myself the "Diverse Cast" award at the 2012 Feminist porn awards for the film Fuckstyles, along with 14 other performers. This is AWESOME!

Director and performer Courtney Trouble confirmed this to me when I spoke with her over the phone. What a wonderful thing to hear. Even though it's an ensemble award, it still means that they recognize everyone in the feature and are honoring each of our performances.

My scene in this film was with FTM transgendered performer James Darling (Who by the way also won Heartthrob of the Year award). This was only my second scene ever with a F2M performer (first being with Buck Angel) and it was a fantastic scene! It was both critically acclaimed by both fans and critics, but it was a commercial success for the fledgling QueerPorn.TV site. It also makes make happy, because I was the one who wanted to this scene and asked Courtney is we could make this happen, to which she obviously said yes with a "HOT!" added. I've always been known throughout my 6 years in the adult films industry as being very fluid with my sexuality and experimental in almost every genre, not afraid to touch a genre and execute with conviction, so for me, this scene was an extension of that and James was the perfect partner to help me release my sexual fantasies.

Fuckstyles (of the Queer and Famous) Wins Feminist Porn Award for Most Diverse Cast

Last weekend, Courtney Trouble and co-director Tina Horn were honored with the Most Deliciously Diverse Cast for their film Fuckstyles, released on TROUBLEfilms. Courtney won the Diverse Cast award three years ago for No Fauxxx Roulette and states, “This is the award I want to win, as it rewards us for representing the unrepresented - something I find incredibly important as a feminist who makes porn. The adult industry should be clamoring for the honor of making the most diverse and representatively authentic films. Fuckstyles is the future of porn.” Trouble and Horn accepted the award on behalf of the 15 porn stars featured in the film. This is Trouble’s 5th Feminist Porn Award, and they were in attendance, along with half the cast, for the ceremony, hosted by sex toy store Good For Her.
