2009 GAYVN Nominations Are Out
Hey guys,
The 2009 GAYVN Award nominations are out and yours truly is nominated in three categories:
Best Sex Scene - Duo w/Jimmy Tripps
Best Supporting Actor
Performer of the Year
If I win Best Supporting Actor, I'll become the first male performer to win in that category for a bisexual film (Shifting Gears). The GAYVN Awards will be held at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco on March 28, 2009.

I HATE Keeping Secrets
Hey everyone,
On Thursday, Chi Chi LaRue and myself filmed a segment in LA to announce the nominees for the 2009 GAYVN Awards (think of the Golden Globes). Now from what I understood, they were suppose to release the clip today (Friday), but it might take longer to edit and Monday is sure date. Ugggggh....
It kills me, cause I can't tell a soul and I know the weekend will be loooooooooooong. But I promised, not a word. Just stay tuned for Monday and find out the nominees.

TOP 10 Grabby Finalist!

On February 2, the TOP 10 finalist were announced to C0-host the Grabby Awards. And guess what... I'm one of them!
I have to thank everyone who voted for me and made this possible. You guys have been awesome and I don't take it for granted. Now comes the hard part, you have to keep voting!

Finally Moving To LA
Hey guys,
I can't believe in just a few short days, I am moving to Los Angeles. I had my heart set on staying in San Francisco, because its the city I have come to call a second home.
My move to California from New York almost 2 years ago was a HUGE deal for me, know I am starting ALL over again। Most of you know I am not a fan of LA, but as the time is coming near, I find myself a little excited and optimistic of what the future will bring.
All my friends in SF are disappointed about the move big time. They are like of all place to move, why LA? I guess its the whole... if you are from LA you hate SF, if you are from SF you hate LA deal.
I just tell them, this transition is taking my "Wolf Hudson" career to the next level and baby I have BIG plans. I am now finishing a few last minute details and have to finish packing (LOTS of clothes). All in all, I am looking forward to my move on Thursday. Now the real work begins....

Five Questions with Wolf Hudson
Indeed, he's so dedicated, he even took it up the ass from the massively hung Ben Andrews! (Now that's what we call "suffering for one's art.") Though he recently decided to scale back his work in gay films to pursue work as a straight performer, Hudson is keeping one foot in the industry that gave him his start. He's even campaigning to co-host the upcoming Grabby Awards in Chicago.
We caught up with the amiable performer for five questions about working it, taking it and faking it.
1. You’ve made quite an impression in gay porn over the last year, even though you’re straight. Do any of your straight guy friends ever give you any shit for your job?
My friends do make fun of me all the time; they're always singing "Backdoor Lover" when I'm around. [Laughs] But they are the most supportive by far and never question it. As for making an impression, I try to do the best job I possibly can. I want to fans and futures fans to get off and have a good time. I never make being straight an issue and don't advertise it.
2. You’ve bent over and taken it from more than one well-hung stud. What’s going through your head when a dude’s banging away at you?
Cut! [Laughs] That's been the most difficult part—bottoming. Ben Andrews was the biggest by far. I was recently offered good money by a studio to bottom again and I had to refuse. I just can't do it or I'll blow out my air hole. I like to spread my wings and fly, but not stretch out my rose bud.
3. Do you think most straight men could benefit from taking it up the ass every now and then?
They can if they want the big paycheck!
4. If you could sum up one important life lesson you’ve learned from doing gay porn, what would it be?
If you are going to do gay porn, give it everything you got, 100 percent of pure excellence. I am all about quality and being professional on set and that comes across on screen. It you're gonna get squirted on by a milk enema, you better WORK IT!
5. OK, set the record, er, “straight.” Do other guys really know how to give the best blowjobs?
Oh, hell yeah! I've had girls do good, but the guys that have blown me on film are by far the best. Vance Winters, who I worked with on He Fucked My Father, should get a medal. He should teach a class called "How To Suck Yo Man." That boy can suck!

TYRA BANKS SHOW: Gay-For-Pay

Aaron James to headline Gay-For-Pay show featuring Kurt Wild

About three months ago I got an interesting call here at the Jet Set Men headquarters in North Hollywood, CA. A very nice girl on the phone called up asking if I could arrange for Jet Set Exclusive Aaron James to appear on the Tyra Banks Show for a segment about Gay-For-Pay guys. She is the casting director and she had seen Aaron James on MTV's TrueLife and she was interested in having him on the show.
A few emails and phone calls later Aaron James was all set to fly to NYC to film the episode. The producers of the show even asked me for copies of all of Aaron's movies so they could show clips when he is on. I thought that was all really cool. Then the casting director called back and asked me if I could help her get Kurt Wild to appear. In doing her research of Gay-For-Pay porn stars she had come across the postings about Kurt Wild being fired from Subway in his small home town when it became known that the straight father of three moonlighted as a gay porn star. I put out a few calls, Kurt eventually called me back and then he too was all set to fly up to NYC for the taping. I also set up the show with the producers of CollegeDudes247 so they could get clips and photos of the pair doing a sex scene together.
Then the casting director called me back for another favor. Apparently the show had also tried to book Gay-For-Pay porn star Wolf Hudson but they hadn't been able to get an answer out of him. She asked me if I would talk to him about doing the show. Wolf had turned them down on MySpace. I could understand why he did. You just don't know what direction a show with the subject matter of straight guys doing gay porn is going to go. Especially on a show with a huge female audience and a host whose theme is to empower women. I had previously warned both Aaron and Kurt of this possibility. I contacted Wolf by phone and we spoke for a while about it. He expressed his reservations about going on there because of how the show could (and probably will) twist things around to make the guys look bad. After considering it Wolf Hudson said, "No thank you to Tyra Banks."
When I called the casting director back she must have been doing more gay porn blogging because next she asked me if I could help her get Jet Set Exclusive Sebastian Young on the show and possibly his girlfriend too. They were not having luck getting either Aaron or Kurt's girlfriends to appear on the show. I explained to her that Sebastian is temporarily on vacation compliments of The State of Florida and wouldn't be available for about 15 months.
In the previews on the show it appears that they ended up with three real porn stars and 3 guys who are probably hired actors with girlfriends who are hired actresses or guys who are pretending to be porn stars to get on the show. I certainly don't recognize the other guys they have on there. We'll have to wait till Thursday to find out for sure if the other guys have actually done gay porn or not. Jett Blakk Grabby Cohost Endorsement
Hey guys,
Legendary director and good friend Jett Blakk, endorsed me on his blog to cohost the 2009 Grabby Awards. This is by far the BIGGEST vote of confidence yet. I am honored that he would do this and very grateful. We worked together on the blockbuster film "MUG SHOTS" for Dirty Bird Pictures.
